Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Pickup for returns or exchanges can be arranged upon request. Additional charges may apply.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or missing parts, please contact our Customer Service team. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or resolution.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Books, CDs, DVDs
Sale or discounted items
Personalized products
Products with extended delivery time
Clothing or footwear without original tags/packaging
Electronic items with broken seal
Items not in original condition or packaging
Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
Assembled, installed, altered, or used items (unless defective)
Hygiene-sealed items once opened
Additional exceptions may be mentioned on individual product pages.
Pickup: 1–2 working days after request
Replacement delivery: 2–5 working days after inspection
Refunds: Processed within 14 working days after approval (as per government regulations)
Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within Qatar, UAE, and Oman.
Returns may not be accepted during peak seasons (e.g., December and one month before Ramadan), except for defective or incomplete items.
