You have 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be returned with the original receipt.
Our team can also assist with processing returns online if needed.

Opened toys can be exchanged only if:
• They are defective, or
• They are opened but in very good condition, with no damage or heavy use
Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection by our team.

A manufacturing defect includes issues that are present from first use, such as:
• Toy does not power on at all (with fresh batteries and correct setup)
• Loose internal wiring
• Missing parts from sealed packaging
• Paint peeling or decals lifting without play
• Electronic toy overheating or shutting off abnormally
• Mechanical parts jammed or misaligned from first use
• Sound or light features not working from day one
• Remote-controlled toys that will not pair or respond at all
These issues must be reported within 14 days of purchase.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. This includes:
• Scratches, scuffs, bite marks
• Broken joints after play
• Cracked plastic from dropping
• Worn wheels, gears, or moving parts
• Battery corrosion
• Faded colors
• Bent or loose accessories after extended use
• Damage caused by water, sand, or humidity

We always start with what works best for the customer:
• Replacement or exchange is offered first
• Refunds can be arranged depending on the customer’s preference and the situation
All cases are handled clearly and fairly by our team.

Collectables can only be considered for exchange if returned in excellent condition, with:
• No damage
• No clear signs of opening
• Original protective packaging intact (for example: Labubu cover plastic)
Opened or damaged collectables are not exchangeable.
Blind boxes are not returnable once opened.
Rarity is not guaranteed.
