I’ve made a refund request but haven’t yet been refunded! Why?

How can I change my email, home address or password?

Changing your details could not be easier, log into your kiddy zone account. When clicking on My Account or Shipping addresses you will be given the option to update your account details and then press Save.

Why is my order/item missing?

Oh no, you’re missing an item. We are very sorry for this, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team for advice on +974 6653 5414 or info@kiddyzone.com

Why is my order incomplete?

Could you have chosen Partial Shipping at the checkout? If so we’ve sent you the items that were available first and then we will send you the remaining items in a second delivery. If you have not chosen this option please contact the customer care team for advice on +974 6653 5414 or info@kiddyzone.com

What items are not eligible for a return?

Here at Kiddy Zone, our team takes special care of each order to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. On the odd occasion that you do receive a damaged item, please fill in the Returns Form by following the link below and your case will be processed at the earliest possible.

What does my status mean?

Processing means your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared.
Shipped means your order has now left the Kiddy Zone Warehouse, you will receive an email and SMS confirming dispatch.
Completed means your order has been delivered to the given shipping address.
Canceled means your order has been canceled either by you or us.
On-Hold means your order process not started yet, Our online team will contact you.

Why do we display products that are out of stock online?

We’re sorry if the item you want is out of stock. We continue to show out of stock products online so that you have access to the product details or so that you can buy it at a later date when the item is back in stock. You may also select to be contacted when the item comes back in to stock.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order from your account page, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification by SMS and email that you order is dispatched. You can also contact our Customer Service Team on +974 6653 5414 or info@kiddyzone.com who will be happy to help you track your order.

How much do you charge for within Qatar Shipping?

We aim to deliver to all Qatar’s addresses within 1-3 working days.

Shipping rates are determined by weight. Please review the shipping fees towards the end of the checkout process. Any Item which cost more than QAR 200 will be eligible to avail free delivery.

* Cash On Delivery may not be available for heavy items in outer areas
* QAR 15 additional charge per KG for the item under the price range QAR 200
* We are not delivering outside Qatar
